Administration Department

Mandate

  • The function of the Administration Department is to coordinate the operation of the municipality in accordance with policies set by Council.
  • The Administration Department is responsible for functions such as personnel, organizational changes, employee review and training, manpower planning, strategic planning, Information Systems, GIS  and records management.
